Friends over the other night, and sure, we were 5 bottles deep into some wonderful local plonk... they had let me take them on a bit of a musical journey and I was playing all the records I had bought lately that would fit the mood... and when I slapped this on I absolutely nailed it. This was where everyone started asking "Whats this?" "What a lovely voice" "oohh this is great". And it is. A wonderful project, beautifully pressed and so perfect to share with friends.

I don't typically listen to a lot of artists outside of the U.S., but I decided to take a listen after a buddy told me to take a listen and goddamn this album is dope! I listened to the rest of his discography and it only got better from there! Full of soulful and jazzy boom-bap beats you'd expect this album to be from the 90's with how vintage the mastering is. I loved this album and I recommend it to everyone.
